We are sorry that your survey crashed! Sometimes these different technologies can’t keep up with each other. There are a few things you can try to get the survey back up:
1) Confirm you're completing the survey on a compatible device. Some surveys are only intended for the Sandbox app or maybe a PC device. At the beginning of the survey, we will tell you which device the survey is compatible with.
2) If survey is crashing on a compatible device, for example a PC, try opening the survey in a different browser.
If a survey is intended for a PC device and crashes using the Chrome browser you may want to try an alternate browser such as Safari or Mozilla on your PC.
